SpiralBack is a product of Keith Ventures LLC ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit spiralback.com or join our waitlist, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we use it only to tell you about SpiralBack, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist or ask for a free download.
- Whether you're a student, parent or teacher, so we send you the right information.
- That you confirmed you're 18 or older.
- Basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the type of device and browser, collected by our website host and our analytics tool, and your IP address in our host's server logs. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To email you about SpiralBack: early access, product news, and the free study guides and resources you asked for.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of services to run the site and send email. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts the website |
| Resend | Stores the waitlist and sends our emails |
| Forward Email | Forwards email sent to hello@spiralback.com to our inbox |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts visits, without cookies |
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising cookies or pixels, and our analytics tool counts visits without cookies.
Because we don't track you across other websites, the site does not change how it works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Where your information is stored
We store information in the United States. SpiralBack is intended for people in the United States.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@spiralback.com. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing email within 10 business days. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days and from backups on their normal cycle. We keep a minimal record that you opted out so we don't email you again.
Age
SpiralBack and our waitlist are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has joined, email hello@spiralback.com and we'll delete it.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services and limit who can see your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell people on the waitlist by email.
