These terms cover spiralback.com, the waitlist and the free resources on it. The SpiralBack app will have its own terms when it opens to early students. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
- Who can join. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm you're 18 or older and agree to these terms and our privacy policy. We may remove anyone from the waitlist.
- Free resources. Our guides, prompts and planners are for your own learning, your family or your classroom. You may print and share them with credit to SpiralBack. You may not sell them or republish them as your own.
- Educational information, not professional advice. Our content explains study methods and how to use AI for learning. It isn't legal, medical or financial advice. Always follow your school's and your instructors' rules on AI.
- Our name and content. SpiralBack, Own the Learning, our logo and the site's content belong to Keith Ventures LLC.
- No guarantees. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. We don't promise particular grades or results.
- Limits on liability. To the extent the law allows, Keith Ventures LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site or its free resources, and our total liability is limited to $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
- Links to other sites. We may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
